Welcome!

Welcome to Campus Arc!

Whether you're a formal/informal student, community leader, company representative, or educator, this guide will help you navigate the Campus Arc and make the most of its features.

1. Who We Are?

Campus Arc is the first social network empowering and tooling the next-generation e-learning ecosystems, powered by AI and blockchain technologies.

Our vision is to transform the education ecosystems worldwide by utilizing blockchain technologies to provide one-of-a-kind incentives and seamless features that make the e-learning experience more connected, social, and rewarding for everyone, for real.

In short, we help ecosystems (i.e., any member of an ecosystem: students, communities, companies, and educators) connect, learn, grow, and earn in both educational and social contexts together.

1.1. Background

In August 2024, Campus Arc BETA has been developed by Hüseyin Karataş and has earned rank #1 in the EduFi category in the EDUChain Hackathon Semester 1.

Right after, we have been invited to the Open Campus Incubator Cohort 1 as an Early Selection as Campus Arc.

You can read more about our Arc (our journey) so far from here.

1.2. Why "Campus Arc"?

In storytelling and character development, the term "arc" is often used to describe the progression of a character's journey over time. A character arc outlines the changes a character undergoes—whether in personality, perspective, goals, or relationships—through the events of a story.

The name Campus Arc symbolizes the transformative journeys users experience on the platform, like a narrative arc in storytelling. Just as a character arc represents growth, challenge, and achievement, Campus Arc empowers students, communities, and organizations to embark on meaningful paths of personal and professional development.

Through the next-generation features and concepts like the Arc Modules and the Arc Talent Programs, users progress from initial commitment to mastery, fostering connections, collaboration, and impactful results. The "arc" embodies both individual and collective growth, making Campus Arc a hub for shaping the future of education and opportunity.

2. The Problem With Today's Online Learning Experience

2.1. In The General Scope

We believe that online learning environments can provide their meaningful motivation factors to their members only by their context, i.e., their ecosystem-engagement-related foundations.

For example, a student who tries to improve themselves in the software engineering field can be more motivated by the context of a community of software engineers, a company that wants to explore potential talented software engineers, or an educator who teaches software engineering leveraging social and incentivizing structures.

In today's online learning world, the impact and the importance of the peer-learning and real-life social interactions are overlooked.

Moreover, the incentive structures (especially the psychological ones) are not well-designed to motivate the learners to complete and make most of the courses.

The current online learning platforms are not able to provide real-life technical and social competency *together*.

Shortly, the problems can be summarized as follows:

  1. Educational ecosystems struggle to connect in educational and social contexts together.
  2. LMS SaaS providers lack socialized, project-based, and up-to-date online learning experiences.
  3. Certificates gained at the end of an online course are far away from providing social and/or technical, real-life competency.

2.2. In The Scope of College Campuses

In 2025, the college education is mostly not enough for securing a job right after the graduation. The students need to have real-life, project-based experiences to be able to secure a job in their desired field. Thus, they heavily tend to take online courses to improve themselves in the fields they want to gain a profession.

Despite this fact, the current online learning platforms are not able to provide the college students with the necessary social and technical competencies that they need to have in their future careers.

We believe that every college graduation should be a celebration of the real-life social and technical competencies that the students have gained during their college years.

Currently, the college students are not able to (or very struggle to) connect with the other --and very crucial-- members of the education ecosystems that they are interested in, i.e., the communities, the companies, and the educators. Lack of this connection causes the students not to be able to gain the necessary skills in a real-life and social contexts.

3. The Solution We Provide

Addressing the problems mentioned above, Campus Arc's unique solution comes from what its trying to represent:

The ultimate application for education ecosystems for growth.

We take care of the needs of the every member of an ecosystem (namely students, communities, companies, and educators) seperately and provide different, unique solutions for each of them (for different Arcs). We will explain the details of the Arcs in the following sections.

Our solution includes:

  1. Utilizing blockchain technologies (mainly built on EDUChain) to provide one-of-a-kind financial incentives for the ecosystems.
  2. Connecting every member of an ecosystem (namely Students, Communities, Companies, and Educators) in both educational and social contexts together.
  3. Providing the next-generation online course modules that provides both social and technical competency together, the Arc Modules.
